Published plans range from a single-user workspace to a shared Team workspace for up to 5 users. Larger teams and multi-site access are arranged under an Enterprise agreement.
Configuration and tailored templates
Template configuration to align outputs with your document control conventions is provided under an Enterprise agreement or as a separately scoped service. It is not part of self-serve plans.

Self-serve plans include platform access and email support, with priority support from the Professional plan. Structured onboarding, configuration and user training are included where agreed in an Enterprise agreement, or can be scoped as a separate service.

Who operates the platform?
Your team does. You create, review and maintain documentation in your own workspace. We provide onboarding, user training and ongoing support. If you would prefer our specialists to produce the documentation, see Managed Services or Packaged Outputs.
Do we need to install anything?
No. ProgressOS is a hosted, browser-based platform. Updates are delivered to the platform without any installation on your side.
Can templates be tailored to our document standards?
Yes, under an Enterprise agreement or a separately scoped service. Output templates and document structure can be configured to align with your document control conventions. Template configuration is not included in self-serve plans.
Are AI-generated documents ready to use without review?
No. ProgressOS produces structured drafts to accelerate your work. Every output should be reviewed by a competent person and approved under your own document control before it is used operationally.
Are all asset capabilities available on every plan?
Asset capabilities are being released progressively. The capabilities available to your workspace, and how they map to your plan or agreement, are confirmed during onboarding.
Is there an option for consulting firms?
Yes. Consulting organisations with higher-volume generation, multiple client engagements or collaboration needs can arrange a tailored Consulting Partner agreement or project-specific licensing, subject to applicable subscription terms and agreed usage allowances.
Can we combine the platform with specialist support?
Yes. You can use the platform day to day and engage Managed Services or Packaged Outputs for larger or specialist pieces of work.
