Scoped projects, ongoing support or time and materials

Who it's for

When you need the outcome, not another tool to learn

Managed Services suit organisations with a documentation need but limited internal capacity, or work that benefits from specialist experience.

Projects and operational readiness

Preparing documentation for new, upgraded or recommissioned assets before handover to operations and maintenance.

Maintenance and reliability teams

Clearing documentation backlogs, or converting OEM information into usable work instructions and maintenance outputs.

Process and operational excellence programmes

Capturing, improving and documenting processes as part of transformation, standardisation or audit preparation.

Consultancies and service providers

Adding production capacity for client deliverables, with optional white-label delivery subject to agreement. To use ProgressOS yourselves, see options for consulting firms.

Scope of service

Procedures, work instructions and technical documentation developed from your source information and operating context.

Asset and maintenance readiness

OEM-derived work instructions, equipment familiarisation, FMEA, maintenance build and spares outputs.

Process mapping and improvement

Current-state capture, BPMN process mapping, improvement opportunities and the supporting procedures.

Risk and operational control documentation

Task-based risk assessments, JSEAs, risk registers and control documentation.

Customer-specific templates and branding

Where agreed in scope, deliverables are formatted to your templates, document numbering conventions and branding.

Optional white-label delivery

For partners delivering to their own clients, subject to agreement. See the Partner Program.

AI-assisted drafting. Specialist review. Your approval.

ProgressOS accelerates drafting; it does not replace engineering judgement. Every deliverable is reviewed by our specialists against the agreed scope and your source information before handover.

AI-generated outputs are not automatically approved engineering documents. Approval, sign-off and authorisation for use remain with your nominated responsible persons, under your document control and any regulatory requirements that apply to your operation. The review and approval arrangements for each engagement are agreed before work starts.

Why work with us

Technology-enabled, specialist-reviewed

Technology plus expertise

ProgressOS speeds up structured drafting, so specialist time goes into review, judgement and the details that matter.

Faithful to the source

OEM-derived content preserves quantities, sequences, component names and warnings from the source documentation rather than generalising them.

Consistency across large document sets

The same structure and conventions are applied across every deliverable, supporting standardisation across sites and asset classes.

Clear accountability

Scope, review responsibilities and acceptance criteria are agreed up front, so everyone knows what "done" means.

Frequently asked questions

Are the deliverables approved engineering documents?

Not on their own. Deliverables are drafted with ProgressOS and reviewed by our specialists against the agreed scope and your source information. Approval, sign-off and authorisation for use remain with your nominated responsible persons under your document control.

What do you need from us?

Typically your source information (such as OEM manuals, existing procedures, asset lists and templates), a nominated contact, and access to subject matter experts for clarification and review. Specific inputs are confirmed during scoping.

Can you work to our templates and branding?

Yes, where agreed in the scope. Deliverables can be formatted to your templates, document numbering conventions and branding.

Do you offer white-label delivery?

White-label delivery, for example for consultancies delivering to their own clients, is available subject to agreement. See the Partner Program for more information.

Do we need a ProgressOS subscription?

Not necessarily. Our specialists use ProgressOS to deliver the work. Whether your team also has platform access is agreed as part of the engagement.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the engagement model: a fixed price for a scoped project, an agreed arrangement for ongoing support, or agreed rates for time and materials. Pricing is confirmed in writing before work starts.
