Packaged Outputs

Defined deliverables for a defined need.

Commission a clearly scoped, one-off package of process, asset, risk or training deliverables, developed using ProgressOS from your source information and reviewed by our specialists before handover.

Scope, format and price confirmed before work starts

Who it's for

When the need is specific and bounded

A specific asset or process

Work instructions for a new piece of equipment, an FMEA for a critical asset, or a process map for one area of the business.

A project with a handover date

Operational readiness documentation that needs to be ready before equipment or a process goes live.

A first engagement

A contained piece of work to assess the approach before considering the platform or an ongoing arrangement.

Input requirements

What we need from you

The quality of a package depends on the quality of its inputs. Specific requirements are confirmed during scoping.

Source information

For example OEM manuals, existing procedures, process descriptions, asset lists or registers, your risk matrix and criteria, or the roles a training package is for.

Operating context

Site, equipment and operating context, plus any site-specific controls or requirements the deliverables must reflect.

Templates and conventions

Optional: your document templates, numbering conventions and branding, if deliverables should match them.

A nominated reviewer

A contact with the authority to answer questions, review drafts and accept the final deliverables.

Deliverables and acceptance

What every scope confirms in writing

Deliverables

The outputs in the package and their quantity, such as the number of assets, tasks or processes covered.

Formats and templates

The file formats to be delivered, and whether your templates and branding apply.

Review and acceptance

The acceptance criteria, who reviews on your side, and the number of revision rounds included.

Timing and price

The expected timeline, which depends on source quality, and the agreed price.

How a package runs

From inputs to handover

  1. Inputs

You share your source information. We assess it and flag gaps early.

  2. Scope confirmation

Deliverables, formats, review requirements, timing and price are confirmed in writing.

  3. Delivery

Deliverables are developed using ProgressOS and refined by our specialists.

  4. Review and acceptance

Specialist quality review, then your review against the acceptance criteria, with agreed revisions made.

  5. Handover

Final deliverables in the agreed formats, ready for your approval and document control.

Configurable examples, not fixed products

The packages on this page illustrate what can be delivered. They are not fixed-price or guaranteed-standard products. The content and depth of each deliverable depend on the source information available and the scope agreed.

Outputs are reviewed by our specialists before handover, but they are not approved engineering documents until approved under your own document control.

Why a packaged output

Contained, reviewed and ready to build on

Agreed before you commit

Scope, formats, review requirements and price are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Faithful to your source

OEM-derived content preserves quantities, sequences, component names and warnings rather than generalising them.

Consistent structure

Deliverables follow a consistent structure, which makes them easier to review, approve and maintain.

A path forward

Maintain the outputs yourself on the SaaS Platform, or extend the work through Managed Services.

Frequently asked questions

Are these fixed-price products?

No. The packages on this page are configurable examples. Deliverables, format, review requirements, timing and price are confirmed in writing for each engagement before work starts.

How long does a package take?

It depends on the scope and on the quality and completeness of the source information. An expected timeline is confirmed as part of scope confirmation.

What if our source information is incomplete?

We review your inputs before confirming scope and flag gaps early. Gaps are not filled with invented content: they are recorded so your subject matter experts can resolve them.

What formats are delivered?

Formats are agreed during scoping. Deliverables are typically provided in editable document and spreadsheet formats, and can be produced on your templates.

Are packaged outputs approved engineering documents?

No. Outputs are reviewed by our specialists before handover, but approval and authorisation for use remain with your nominated responsible persons under your own document control.

What happens after handover?

Your team can maintain the deliverables directly, keep them current on the ProgressOS SaaS Platform, or engage Managed Services for ongoing updates.
