Free Tier
The free tier is provided at no cost and is intended for evaluation purposes. No payment details are required and no refunds apply.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
Because access to the platform and AI-generated outputs is provided immediately upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@theprogresscollective.com. We will review billing issues promptly and apply corrections where appropriate.
Enterprise Agreements
Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans may be governed by separate contractual agreements.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
